SHIPPING POLICY

13th Parallel Collecting currently ships within the United States only. International shipping may be added later.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless a specific promotion or listing states otherwise. Calculated or actual shipping will be used wherever the platform permits. 13th Parallel Collecting does not provide blanket free shipping.

TRACKING

Tracked shipping will be used for standard card and collectible orders where appropriate.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Multiple items purchased in the same order will be combined into one shipment whenever practical.

HIGHER-VALUE ORDERS

Orders valued above approximately $100 should be insured to the appropriate sale value where practical. Orders valued around $500 or more should generally require signature confirmation. Premium or Vault shipments may receive additional insurance, signature or carrier protections based on value.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If an order is lost or arrives damaged, contact 13th Parallel Collecting promptly. We will work with both the carrier and the customer to resolve the claim rather than requiring the customer to pursue the carrier independently.
